Hi Warren/Mark
We just got back from our
We all had a wonderful time. Creole Services were first class, meeting us at the airport, accompanying through immigration and then onto our connecting flight so efficiently that we were able to get the earlier connection. On the return journey we had two luxury uniformed chauffeur driven vehicles take us back to the airport.
La Reserve has been beautifully remodelled since our last visit in 2003 and the rooms are all of a very high standard. A bottle of champagne was also in our room, a thank-you for being a return guest. All the staff are very hardworking, friendly and professional and nothing was to much trouble. Polly had a lovely 50th birthday, along with the obligatory cake. I still think it’s got the best location on the island, very private, and wonderful snorkelling in its marine park.
I spoke to Peter on many occasions and discovered that he was once a customer of ours when we had a business in
It was our fifth stay on Praslin and still as unspoilt as we remember. For our friends it was one of their best life experiences.
So all in all a big thank-you.
I think Polly’s already planning something for my big 60 next year.
All the best

Hi Warren,
Just wanted to send you a quick email to say thank you very much for organising everything to help us have a perfect wedding and honeymoon!it was definitley a once in a life time experience.
The wedding was organised perfectly, Delta was brilliant!you definitely made a good recommendation there. She made sure everything was so personal and all of her detail and finishing touches made the day perfect!
L'habitation is a perfect place to get married and to have a nice secluded, relaxing holiday, all the family had a wonderful time and loved the accomadation.
Denis island was also amazing- a bit out of our usual cofort zone. There were some very rich and high class people there but it was nice to have a taste of how the other half live. All their honeymoon gestures were brilliant and the staff were almost invisble but everything was done to a very high standard!
L'archipel was good too, expect the pool wasn't open for the last three days we were there and it was very noisy. But we were so used to the quietness of L'habitation and Denis Island so maybne that was the reason we found it so different.
Creole travel were very helpful and attended to everything we asked for. The private transfers were perfect too- nice and relaxing.
Over all we had a fabulous time and the 2 weeks were amazing, you put together a perfect package!also thank Mark for all his help too, we had no problems with any of the legal stuff!it was organised very well.
Thank you again
Sara and Julian Horsley
P.S- would you like any photograph's of the wedding or holiday for your website?the photographer took some really good photos!

Hi Mark A quick note to say thank you so much for organising our fabulous trip to Desroches, La Digue and Praslin. We absolutely loved it. Desroches was a fantastic place to chill out - great choice of island to start the holiday. We loved the cycling, and the fact that bikes came with the chalet. Gavin loved the excellent snorkelling on the north side of the island, just in front of the new villas at Madame Zabre. The accommodation was very comfortable and the food and service excellent. We flew out there on a 20 seater and back on an 8 seater (which was nowhere near as scary as it sounds!!) The helicopter to La Digue was marvellous - we ended up the only 2 passengers on it, so it was like having our own charter!! We were really impressed with the Patatran. They gave us a wonderful welcome, and the enormous room (superior) had an amazing view. The food was great and we saw dolphins and a turtle from the hotel terrace by the pool. Whilst we were there, the builders at the Orangeraie down the hill at La Passe, dug through the main electricity cable and the whole of the north side of the island was without power for 18 hrs. This didn't faze the staff at the Patatran at all, they prepared and served a delicious dinner all by candlelight, and provided us all with candles for our rooms. It was great. Same again for breakfast - the only thing that was off was the toast as the machine didn't work. When we arrived at La Reserve I realised I'd left my pashmina at the Patatran. The next morning I rang them and within 8 hours it had arrived at La Reserve!! Lindy from the hotel gave it to Nathalie the CTS rep, who passed it on to CTS at Praslin, via the ferry staff and our rep at La Reserve brought it straight over. This was absolutely outstanding service. La Reserve was even more lovely than we remembered it. We spent a lot of time chilling out here. We hired a car and went to Anse Lazio (excellent snorkelling). Gavin also found excellent snorkelling on the reef in front of the hotel (he had to swim out quite a long way, and was out of his depth but saw thousands of fish. We were particularly impressed by the excellent service by Geris and the restaurant team who bent over backwards to ensure Gavin had nut free meals, checking the menu with him each day - he really appreciated it. The only tiny thing that didn't go quite to plan was CTS didn't provide the private car transfer from the Jetty to La Reserve. When we complained about this, they checked our paperwork and then sorted the return for free (and said they wouldn't be charging you for it - I think they meant that we could claim a refund for it, which obviously we won't be doing as you kindly said you'd cover this cost for us but I just wanted to mention this as I don't want them to charge you for it.) We had a bit of an adventure on La Digue. Gavin witnessed a robbery on Petite Anse - he saw a chap steal a rucksack belonging to a German couple. The funniest moment of the holiday was definitely when we were pulled over whilst cycling by a policeman on a bike!! Gavin had offered to give a statement to the Germans if they wanted one, and they noticed us cycle past the police station as they were reporting the incident, the policeman lept on his bike in hot pursuit of us - bit like a chilled out version of The Bill!! Take care, Mark, and thanks again for everything - it reallywas the perfect holiday. We had excellent service throughout, and outstanding service from CTS with the pashmina!! Kind regards Jane & Gavin

Subject: Great time
Hi Mark We had a wonderful time in the Seychelles. Returned early Sunday 21 March. Maha - Chalets Anse Forbans. Daphne and Bridget were so lovely and helpful. We loved it there and it was hard to drag ourselves away. So we didn't. Made two trips by bus to Victoria and were so content couldn't see the point in travelling around, after buying fresh food we had everything we wanted. Perfect for snorkelling and relaxation. Can't beat seeing a turtle laying it's eggs on the beach, watching squid putting on a performance in the sea, which was an aquarium. Chris thought that Bridget had stocked the sea with about every kind of fish available in the Indian Ocean. Nicky and Richard paid us a visit too. They were amazed to hear about the turtle, plus the number of large shells I had collected from the sea. I asked Daphne for some brochures for you. Presently undergoing a re-print. She made a note in her diary. Praslin - Villas d'Or. Pierre made us very welcome. Escorted us to our Villa. Wow. Lovely touch having flowers in every room too. Another long walk to the beach again! We were one villa away from beach entrance. Glad we enjoyed snorkelling on Mahe as this is really a swimming beach, or you could say, lazing back in a warm bath. Hired a car, visited Valee-de-Mai. Found this difficult as so many steps and not enough seats for me, but glad we saw it. Thought we should rough it and visit Anse Lazio. We forced ourselves to have a meal there too. Great for snorkelling. Beautiful sunset. Went out with a group to a Creole evening which was organised by Pierre, which included a buffet. Later in the evening one of the french ladies asked who had tried the bat curry. No, not me. Hmmm, something I did eat tasted a little bit like liver, so I asked her to show me which dish contained this curry. Eeeeeuuuuuwwwww. I ate bat. Some good came of it, I can now see better in the dark. Last day. Took the ferry over to La Digue. Hired cycles. Loved the grantite boulders at Anse source d'argent, made me look slimmer standing alongside them. Later cycled to Grand Anse, decided it was not worth it, but finding Simon with his "air-conditioned" juice bar an oasis on way back after climbing the steep hill. Lovely guy, fed us fresh fruit and made a delicious fruit smoothy. It won't be, if we go back to the Seychelles, but when. Thanks for selecting the best accommodation. Chris said that he could stay anywhere in the world at either the two places we had stayed in. The flights, transfers etc ran to perfection. We are glad Richard and Nicky pointed us in your direction. So many people of been wowed by our photos and said they would like to visit the Seychelles, so we told them where we booked and will continue to do so. Thanks for everything you did for us. Ann n Chris Brown

Subject: Our Holidays
Thank you so much Warren for organising for us that wonderful holiday...
As always Birdis land was just up our street.. We did get Bungalow 26 for
the first week, they are wonderful there... Perfect time.... Also I have
to tell you that L'Archipel was absolutely wonderful.. The staff , food
and the situation...perfect.. We had a car all the time... Be careful when
you book people into Chateau de Fuielles or whatever it is called .
Dropped in there for a coffee... bill for 2 small coffees was £12.50p,,,,,
So pleased we didnt stat at la Reserve , we went to see it and compared
with what it looked like when we stayed there before it now looks lie Cell
Block H.....Sorry but it does.. The only problem with Praslin and I know
Mahe has it is the dog welfare situation.. I find it very difficult to
believe that they only have a couple of officers there with the SSPCA... I
feel it is putting people off going. I met some guests who said they would
never go to the Seychelles until they had better measures of animal
welfare education and possibly tv. programms about how they should look
after the dogs there it is terribly sad . We will not go again to Praslin
or Mahe as we have seen it to often... Thank you again Warren it all
worked like clockwork... I do think Creole Travel are the best.. everyone
was so helpful and charming.... Very best wishes Julia
